"If you are looking for a massage, then you need to book with Kari. Especially if you are pregnant or postpartum. I started going when I was pregnant and have continued since. Kari starts each session by discussing areas of focus or concern. She makes sure to address them during the massage. I also appreciate that she takes time after our session to discuss exercises or things I could do at home to alleviate any aches or pains I may have. She creates a very peaceful and relaxing environment. I almost fall asleep every time. We attended a few of her Tummy time sessions as well, and it was fun to get out and interact with other babies and new mothers. I also appreciated the handouts she provided so you can practice (and remember) what to do at home. I can’t say enough good things about this place!"
